Facilities Coordinator - Head Office

Responsibilities

• To manage, monitor and maintain Facility requirements and records
• To cost and schedule maintenance works required with external contractors, ensuring cost effectiveness
• Weekly communications with Line Manager of work schedules, short falls, future requirements and completion of works.
• Perform small repairs where possible, across all of WineFlair’s locations.
• Create required Tickets on the W/F Maintenance System, uploading all documents/evidence and prioritise work in accordance of importance accordingly
• Immediate - Needs completed within next 4 weeks (legal requirement)
• Important - Needs completed within next 3 months
• Required - Needs completed within next 6 months
