Facilities Co-Ordinator – Widnes – £17,043.00– Part-time – Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 12.30pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Facilities coordinator to join our client based in Widnes. This is a varied role responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy workplace, ensuring high standards are maintained across facilities, health and safety, contractor coordination, and customer service.

Key duties of the role:

* Setting up meeting and conference rooms.

* Responding to client requests regarding additional furniture or furniture changes.

* Setting up show offices, or offices ready for clients moving in. Ad hoc furniture removal

* Dealing with any minor issues regarding plumbing, general maintenance. Fixing day to day issues.

* Opening the building daily (Monday to Friday)

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
