Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Facilities Co-Ordinator to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all buildings, equipment, and services are well maintained, compliant, and fit for purposes to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of buildings and facilities
· Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
· Conduct regular inspections and report faults or safety hazards
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
· Monitor and manage facilities-related budgets and costs
· Handle staff requests related to facilities and office services
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and service reports
· Support emergency and after-hours callouts when required
