We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep the buildings within the West Birmingham, Wolverhampton & The Black Country Portfolio in excellent condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love these places.

Salary: £13,806 per annum pro rated (£27,612 full-time equivalent)

Contract Duration: Permanent

Working Pattern: You will work 18.75 hours per week (0.5FTE), typically following a two-week rolling pattern of 3 days in Week One and 2 days in Week Two. The role will require occasional evening and weekend working to support productions and key events. 

Interviews: Wednesday 22nd July

Location: You will be based at Birmingham Back to Backs, but there will be a requirement to work at other properties within the portfolio, such as Clent Hills, Wightwick Manor & Gardens and Moseley Old Hall.
