Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track facilities maintenance requests and work orders
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain records related to repairs, inspections, permits, and warranties
- Assist with scheduling routine maintenance and inspections
- Monitor facility supplies and place orders as needed
- Support office moves, space setup, and furniture arrangements
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations
- Respond to basic facilities-related inquiries from staff
- Assist with inventory tracking of equipment and assets
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting
