Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track facilities maintenance requests and work orders
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Maintain records related to repairs, inspections, permits, and warranties
  • Assist with scheduling routine maintenance and inspections
  • Monitor facility supplies and place orders as needed
  • Support office moves, space setup, and furniture arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations
  • Respond to basic facilities-related inquiries from staff
  • Assist with inventory tracking of equipment and assets
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting
