  • Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of facilities projects including renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and equipment installations.

  • Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track progress, manage budgets, and report status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards.

  • Facilities Operations & Maintenance:

  • Oversee the daily operation of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety.

  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Support space planning, occupancy tracking, and workplace optimization.
