Job Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Technician ensures smooth operation and maintenance of all building systems and critical infrastructure at the Senai manufacturing site. Responsible for ensuring the upkeep and optimal performance of all facility systems and utilities at the manufacturing site, including chillers, air compressors, RO water systems, HVAC, lighting, cranes, and fire protection systems, in compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and building services.


• Support utilities management including power distribution, chilled water systems, and fire protection systems.


• Assist in installation and commissioning of facility-related equipment for new production lines.
