Facilities Assistant (5 Days Work week, Mon - Fri Only)
Responsibilities- Attends and delivers great experience at highest level of hospitality services, meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations, maintaining standards, elevating delight, and removing obstacles.
- Manage and escort vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, as well as maintaining vendor relationships (e.g. pest control, landscape, ACMV servicing).
- Scheduling regular maintenance of the equipment to ensure that it remains in good working order (e.g. AED servicing, change of water filter, and improvement works).
- Events set up and tear down.
- Administrative duties.
- First responder when issues are reported by users including assigning the ticketing system.
- First contact with government representatives.
