  • Has relevant administrative, clerical, secretarial experiences

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides facilities management support Services to ensure effective and efficient client centre operations.
  • Control / monitor / record / report all delivery / movement / requests / disposal / repair of any and all owned assets within client premises.
  • Provides assistance to workforce management department on identifying workstations, based under affirmed requirements for workstation identification system by the client.
  • Assists and manage issuance of required gate pass and working permits required by client in all works to be rendered or services and goods to be delivered to client premises.
