JOB DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Assistant is an entry level role within the Facilities Management job family and is responsible for supporting general maintenance and repairs activities within the organization.
This role works under supervision of a Facilities Manager/Leader.
Key responsibilities:Helps to ensure that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement. Assists with coordinating the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
