Facilities Asset Strategy Manager

The Facilities Asset Strategy Manager is responsible for the development of WSSC Water’s Facilities Asset Management Plans and the coordination of the facilities’ asset management . The position provides support to the Facility Services and Facilities Engineering and Construction staff. The position analyzes work orders and asset performance data that are provided to the Asset Management Committee for decision-making in maintenance, capital, and operational matters.

Essential Functions

• Manages the Facilities Asset Management implementation according to a work program
• Ensures the outcomes of WSSC Water’s Asset Management Program implementations meet the needs of strategic investment planning for the facilities including the development of asset strategies and asset management plans
