In this role, you will support the development and execution of an asset management framework for Delta’s civic and recreational facilities. You will be responsible for technical and administrative tasks, including maintaining inventories, coordinating maintenance, and analyzing asset performance. Your expertise will directly influence budget forecasting and long-term planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating long-term asset management strategies
• Support infrastructure asset management framework implementation
• Conduct lifecycle analysis and risk assessments
• Maintain asset inventories using specialized software
• Prepare preventative maintenance schedules and budget forecasts
Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent experience
