Facilities and Maintenance Manager
Sector: Hotels | Location: Chard – Somerset | Salary: up to £40,000
We’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee the property function of a busy hotel site.
About the role
You’ll lead a small on‑site team and external contractors, ensuring the property is safe, compliant, and operating at the highest standards for guests. From planned maintenance and budget control to utilities management and sustainability initiatives, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
About you
You will be ready to take up a leadership role where you’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, develop your team, and use systems and data to optimise costs and performance.
