Facilities and Maintenance Manager

The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the company's buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient working environment. The role supervises maintenance personnel and service providers, plans and monitors preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, and manages facility improvement projects. The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor also coordinates with internal departments and external contractors to support business operations while maintaining cost-effective and high-quality facility services.
