Job Description

Optimize the management of facilities and assets as a Lifecycle Coordinator. Oversee maintenance, negotiate contracts, and ensure operational readiness through effective asset management.
You will be responsible for assessing and managing maintenance requirements for both owned and rented facilities. This involves sourcing contracts, supervising maintenance tasks, and monitoring the usage of tools and equipment across various projects. Your role will also include ensuring that all equipment is accurately documented and managed in the computerized asset system.
