Facilities Administrator/Receptionist - Part time

Shift Times: Either 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm

Location: Wokingham

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff
  • Manage the visitor management system, including check‑in procedures and badge issuance
  • Handle incoming calls, routing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference facilities
  • Support basic administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat, organized, and presentable condition
  • Monitor building access and security systems during reception hours
