Facilities Administrator – Quezon City, Philippines (On‑site)

The Facilities Administrator has the primary responsibility to support general maintenance and repairs activities within the organization. This role works under the supervision of a Facilities Manager/Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the organization are carried out in line with the service‑level agreement.
  • Coordinate the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
  • Participate in daily building inspections and ensure that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act.
  • Conduct daily walk‑abouts, checking the cleanliness of all areas, especially bathrooms, break rooms and kitchens.
