Responsibilities
:
Serve as the first point of contact for all facility-related customer support inquiries, including maintenance requests, space allocation, and office moves. Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work. Manage the facilities helpdesk system, logging requests, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to employees. Assist in the implementation and administration of facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Set up new locations in ServiceChannel platform Conduct ServiceChannel expectation training for internal and external customers, creating and coordinating training documentation and sessions.
