Duties will include:

* Provide updates on jobs and quotations

* Allocate work currently

* Schedule engineers and chase missing paperwork

* Assist with job queries

* Raise purchase orders

* Ensure costs are recorded correctly

* Update customer portals

The successful candidate will come from an administrative background, being able to demonstrate excellent customer service/communication skills, a proactive attitude and team-player characteristics.
