COSTI REQUIRES A FACILITATOR, MINDSET MAKEOVER FOR ITS NEWCOMER EMPLOYMENT SERVICES IN BRAMPTON

This is a non-union, part-time, contract position scheduled to work 25 hours per week

Duties:

• Conduct an initial assessment for clients to determine eligibility for Mindset Makeover Program
• Conduct outreach to promote the program among community partners.
• Participate in community outreach activities to identify community resources, services, and programs supporting and addressing clients’ issues that are impeding achievements of personal career and overall life goals.
• Outreach for mentors; facilitate orientation and training sessions for both clients and mentors.
