Whether online or in person, you’ll engage, inform, and inspire every new hire—and make every induction moment count.

Located at our Village in Middlemount, you’ll be supporting our new starters for work in remote Villages across the Bowen Basin and Blackwater regions.

This is a full time fixed-term contract, until October 2026, with the possibility to extend until early 2027. 

FIFO is available from Brisbane, or DIDO with 9:5 roster to suit your lifestyle.
