Facilitator

Overview

To deliver high-quality occupational health and safety training aligned with NOSA, SAQA, SETA, and QCTO standards. The trainer will facilitate learning, assess and moderate learners, and contribute to SafetyCloud’s mission of promoting workplace safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan training sessions, ensuring materials and equipment are ready and functional.
• Deliver training using appropriate methods tailored to learners’ skills, language, and cultural backgrounds.
• Facilitate training in line with SAQA/SETA/QCTO/NOSA and SafetyCloud’s Quality Management Systems.
• Assess and moderate learners according to SETA/QCTO/NOSA codes of conduct.
• Provide confidential feedback and complete Portfolios of Evidence per assessment guides.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of learner documentation.
