About the Role
We are looking for a results‑driven Facebook Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger). The ideal candidate is data‑focused, creative, and experienced in scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and CPL targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns from strategy to execution
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Develop and test ad creatives (copy, visuals, hooks, formats)
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, events, and conversion tracking
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
