Facade Lead

Core responsibilities

• Coordinate detailing of façade and RC structure/M&E and other associated trades
• Review project specifications, seek technical clarification and review construction drawings
• Review drawings and identify technical issues prior to site installation
• Responsible for Façade panel production and Installation are as per schedule
• Prepare daily record & weekly report of Façade production and installation
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of Façade installation and provide timely updates
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
• Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations
• Make sure contractors and suppliers are very clear on the project needs, requirements, and schedule
• Manage site works, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently
