Scope of Work

• Inspect the broken facade glass panel at 10th floor main entrance side.
• Barricade/protect the work area before starting the work.
• Remove the broken facade glass panel safely.
• Supply and install a new facade glass panel matching the existing size, color, thickness, and specification.
• Apply required sealant, gasket, and fixing accessories for proper installation.
• Ensure proper alignment, fixing, and finishing of the new glass panel.
• Clean the work area and hand over the site in satisfactory condition.

Materials and Quantity Required

• 1 x Facade glass panel, approx. 66 in x 57 in, external blue and internal white.
• 2 x Structural/weatherproof silicone sealant – as required.
• 3 x Glazing gasket/tape/setting blocks – as required....
