Facade BIM Modeler

Role Description The Facade BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing accurate facade BIM models and detailed drawings that support design, coordination, and construction. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area and involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers. Daily tasks include translating design concepts and sketches into coordinated 3D facade models, preparing and updating construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. The role also involves identifying clashes, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and implementing revisions based on design and site feedback. The Facade BIM Modeler will maintain organized model documentation, adhere to BIM execution plans, and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling workflows and templates.
