Welder Fabricator

Location: Droitwich

Salary: £16.73 per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week. Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30; Friday: 08:00 – 13:00. Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours worked over 39 hours Monday to Saturday. Double time (2x) for Sunday working.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Fabricating and assembling components from engineering drawings.
  • MIG and TIG welding on aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel.
  • Producing high‑quality work to precise specifications.
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Working safely and efficiently within a busy manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator.
