Work Location: Fortescue’s Solomon site is located on the traditional lands of Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi people.

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our Solomon OPF Mechanical Maintenance Team. This role will be responsible for general fabrication and structural repairs along with carrying out plant condition-based inspections.  The successful applicant will work alongside the mechanical, operations and technical team, with the ability to mentor, coach and train apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote rigorous compliance to Zero Harm principles on a daily basis such as ensuring that all works completed are adequately risk assessed and hazards mitigated and adequately controlled.
