Fabricator

Job Summary

As directed by supervisor, fabricators are responsible for the accurate fabrication and assembly of all products that are put through our production facility with a focus on high quality and accuracy of orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble Frames, Screens, Doors, Lockers, white boards, chalk boards and tack boards.
• Preps for windows and prepping for various types of hardware parts.
• Cut glass and fabricate sealed unit kits as required.
• Install glass in doors, frames and borrowed lites.
• Read and interpret work orders, templates, blueprints or process specifications.
• Sort parts, scrap, metal and other materials.
• Clean work areas and equipment.
• Follow direction & instruction from supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies including wearing appropriate safety attire at all times.
