Requirements:

• Fabricator with 3 or more years of experience
• Previous experience with layout, drawings, leading crews (press break experience a bonus)
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges
• Mindset geared towards safety
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Able to adhere to policies and procedures
• Positive attitude and able to work in teams
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to work after hours and weekends when required
• Up to date safety tickets in these courses a bonus: fall protection, mobile lift, confined space.
• Additional safety training would be preferable in addition to the basic courses listed above: first aid, H2S, Forklift and all others.
