Supervisor de Producción
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coach safety,quality, andproductivitytoensureobjectivesaremetthroughfollowingstandardwork
- Communicateandcoordinatewithteams,othersupervisorsanddepartmentsthroughouttheworkday. Directworkassignmentsinaccordancewiththeproductionschedule
- plan andorganizeactivitiesoftheproduction/assemblylinetomeetproductiondeadlines.
- Optimizethroughputandkeymetrics. Identifyandimplementcontinuousimprovementprojects.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor'sdegreerequired,withapreferenceforBSMechanicalorothertechnicalengineeringdegree
- 2yearsofrelatedmanufacturingindustryexperience,ideallywithexperiencemanaginganhourlyworkpopulation
- Weldingknowledgestronglypreferred
- Knowledgeofleanmanufacturingmethods,terminologyandprocesses
- Courts, metrology.
- Knowledge of measurement systems.
- Tube fabrication (metalworking experience)
