JD OF FABRICATION SUPERVISOR

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers involved in metal fabrication processes (structural fabrication)
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean, orderly, and safe work areas
• Follow the plan given from the Engineer for daily/monthly targets
• Interpret the approved drawings, specifications, and job orders to workers, and assign duties accordingly
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
• Follow the SOPs
• Handle multiple projects
• Knowledge about different metallurgy plates & pipes
• Conduct employee training in equipment operations, work, and safety procedures, or company policies
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
• Assess production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments...
