Fabrication Operator

**Hardware Operator (Sheet Metal Fabrication) – Multiple Shifts | Up to $33/hr**

**1st Shift:** Mon–Thurs, 5:00am–3:00pm ($23–$27/hr)

**2nd Shift:** Mon–Thurs, 3:15pm–1:45am (+$3/hr diff)

**Weekend Shift:** Fri–Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm (+$6/hr diff – work 36 hrs)

**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate hardware insertion machines (PEMs, rivets, fasteners)
+ Read blueprints and verify hardware placement and specs
+ Set up tooling, dies, and fixtures for each job
+ Perform first-piece inspections and quality checks
+ Use shop equipment (drill press, countersink, etc.)

**What You Bring**

+ 2+ years fabrication or machine operating experience
+ Blueprint reading + tape measure/shop math skills
+ Experience with sheet metal or hardware insertion **(preferred)**
