We are looking for a hands-on Fabrication Manufacturing Supervisor to join our El Paso, TX team and play a key role in meeting production schedules while balancing cost, quality, and lead time objectives. This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the floor, bring technical depth in fabrication, and drive continuous improvement across operations. This position supports the weekend shift schedule: Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.
