Job Description
The Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer is a hands-on role responsible for supporting and improving fabrication operations, including laser cutting, waterjet cutting, press brake forming, and related equipment. This position serves as the key link between Engineering and Manufacturing, ensuring designs are manufacturable, processes are standardized, and production goals for quality, delivery, and efficiency are achieved.
Job Responsibilities
+ Support and optimize fabrication equipment operations, setups, troubleshooting, changeovers, and first-piece inspections.
+ Monitor machine performance, minimize downtime, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
+ Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and aligned with production capabilities.
