Fabric Technician (Painting & Decorating)

The Fabric Technician is the guardian of our building's physical environment. This role is a unique blend of skilled craftsmanship and safety leadership, requiring someone who is as comfortable with a drill and a paintbrush as they are managing safety compliance and risk assessments. You will be the primary point of contact for all interior maintenance, ensuring the workspace remains high-functioning, aesthetically polished, and most importantly safe for all occupants.

What You'll Be Doing

● Carry out professional painting, decorating, drywall repairs, and sealant applications for both minor touch-ups and full refreshes.
● Manage the replacement of carpet tiles, raised flooring, and suspended ceilings, ensuring the building fabric remains in top condition.
