You will be responsible for delivering high-quality reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the building fabric and associated plumbing systems.

This role suits a proactive, flexible team player with a strong commitment to customer service, health and safety, and first-time fix performance in a high-profile corporate environment.

Monday-Friday working with no on call.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Complete reactive and PPM tasks efficiently using the site CAFM system to meet SLA requirements
  • Undertake a wide range of building fabric works, including carpentry, painting, tiling, flooring, and general repairs
  • Carry out plumbing repairs covering hot and cold-water systems, sanitary ware, and drainage
