Fabric Technician
Location: Static site, Guildford
Salary: £38,000 + overtime
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm
Additional rota: 1 in 3 weekends (with 2 days in lieu) & 1 in 3 late shifts on Thursdays (11am-8pm)
Annual Leave: 25 days
We're working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a skilled Fabric Technician for a prestigious static site in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable all‑rounder who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- General fabric maintenance across the site
- Floor and wall tiling repairs and installations
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, and general building fabric tasks
- Supporting reactive and planned maintenance activities
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
