🔹 Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Fabric General Manager with 15–20 years of strong hands-on experience in Yarn and Knit Fabric manufacturing. The candidate must have deep knowledge of yarn sourcing, yarn quality parameters, yarn costing, and its impact on knitting efficiency and fabric quality.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

🧵 Yarn Management (Mandatory Focus Area)

  • Lead yarn procurement strategy and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure optimal yarn selection based on fabric specifications.
  • Monitor yarn quality parameters (count, strength, twist, contamination control).
  • Control yarn wastage and improve yarn utilization efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with spinning mills and suppliers.
