Conduct visual inspections across plant rooms and communal areas
Carry out painting, decorating, tiling, carpentry, grouting, and plastering works
Undertake basic plumbing and drainage duties, including system flushing
Replace and maintain lighting systems, including emergency lighting testing
Test fire alarms and inspect fire doors in line with compliance requirements
