SUMMARY

We are seeking a
Finance Manager
to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing billing and collection processes, managing disbursements, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The role requires meticulous preparation, monitoring, and accountability in all financial activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare billing and issue it to clients once reviewed and approved.
• Monitor and follow up on collections.
• Ensure BIR compliance by preparing and filing all periodic, quarterly, and annual returns, including but not limited to withholding taxes (both expanded and compensation), VAT returns, Income Tax Returns, SWAT, MAP, QAP, SAWT, and others as deemed necessary.
• Liaise in the renewal of local permits such as Sanitary Permits, Mayor's Permits, and others as deemed necessary.
• Process payment requests once approved and issue 2307 forms.
