Job Description

REQUIREMENT:
  • RSA ID and legal residence essential
  • Valid Driver's License essential
  • Minimum 35 years' experience managing a Food & Beverage Department within a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel or lodge
  • Minimum 10 years' experience within the hospitality industry preferred
  • Matric essential; tertiary hospitality qualification advantageous
  • Strong financial acumen with sound knowledge of budgeting, cost of sales, profit margins, and stock control
  • Banqueting and conferencing experience essential
  • Advanced knowledge of POS, stock control, and PMS systems (Opera, Symphony, Nebula, Apex, PlusPoint advantageous)
  • Excellent leadership, staff training, and people management skills
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational, reporting, and communication skills
  • Guest-centric, hands-on, and service-driven approach
