Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Valid Driver's License essential
- Minimum 35 years' experience managing a Food & Beverage Department within a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel or lodge
- Minimum 10 years' experience within the hospitality industry preferred
- Matric essential; tertiary hospitality qualification advantageous
- Strong financial acumen with sound knowledge of budgeting, cost of sales, profit margins, and stock control
- Banqueting and conferencing experience essential
- Advanced knowledge of POS, stock control, and PMS systems (Opera, Symphony, Nebula, Apex, PlusPoint advantageous)
- Excellent leadership, staff training, and people management skills
- Strong computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organisational, reporting, and communication skills
- Guest-centric, hands-on, and service-driven approach
