Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of F-35 Pilot Flight Equipment experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide F-35 Pilot Flight Equipment processe
• Established track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals
• Experience developing presentations to brief stakeholders and decision makers
• Ability to work independently on large scale projects and drive team towards organizational goals
• Candidate must have a Secret security clearance, active within the past two years, or have the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance prior to first start date, obtaining final Secret clearance within 1 year of hire date.
