Job Summary:

This position supports PACAF's SIP program and is responsible for all aspects of Performance Work Statement-specified academic and simulator training of F-16 Block 50 pilots.

Responsibilities

J ob Responsibilities:

  • Conducting academic training including Cockpit/Crew Resource Management (CRM), Instrument Refresher Course (IRC), Theater Indoctrination (TI), Local Area Orientation (LAO), Mission Qualification (MQT) and Upgrade Training.

  • Conducting simulator (Mission Training Center) training in support of PACAF pilot training: provide: (1) Basic MTC console operation; (2) MTC console operation while providing instruction; and (3) Direct/support instruction (. “over the shoulder” or while flying the MTC).

  • Maintaining training and evaluation records for each employee detailing individual training and certification/qualification (AF Form 8 for MTCI/CIP)....
