The opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Manager with expertise in AI Due Diligence, Technology Platform Assessments, and M&A technology deals. In this role, you will evaluate AI capabilities, digital platforms, and technology architecture during M&A transactions. You will collaborate with Senior Managers and Directors to deliver actionable insights that shape investment decisions and drive value creation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Conduct AI due diligence to assess AI maturity, enterprise AI strategy, technology architecture, data governance, scalability, and integration readiness

  • Evaluate AI/ML models, data pipelines, digital platforms, and cloud infrastructure to identify risks, synergies, and optimization opportunities.

  • Lead technology platform assessments in M&A contexts, including M&A deal technology evaluations, carve-out planning, TSA design, and Day 1 readiness.
