The Role:
You will be a constant, steady adult in Nursery and Reception so children can access learning throughout the day. You will set up and reset provision, prepare simple visuals, and keep zones clear so pupils can choose and tidy independently. You will run short adult-led activities in phonics, early number and communication, then fold gains back into play. You will use visual timetables, now and next cards, and first and then prompts to guide behaviour and transitions.
