  • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Nursery and Reception in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning experiences
  • Support children's communication, language, and social development
  • Observe, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community and Early Years team
