The opportunity

We are expanding our Singapore team and seeking a Senior Associate who can evaluate how technology is architected, deployed, and leveraged within a target business – while applying a critical, deal‑focused lens to address core client questions in transactions. You will advise clients across sectors, support executive decision makers, and lead engagement workstreams across pre‑deal software and technology due diligence, carve‑outs and integrations, and portfolio value assessments.

Your key responsibilities 

  • Deliver end-to-end technology due diligence across a target’s technology landscape - including proprietary software, enterprise technology, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and delivery capability – identifying key risks, value drivers, investment needs, and operational implications.
