Extrusion Operator

Job Description : Reporting to the Production Department Manager, the extrusion operator will be responsible for managing the production of plastic rolls. They will be required to work efficiently as part of a team to optimize production while maintaining the site's quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

• Operate the extruder based on established work methods to maximize productivity.
• Perform order changes.
• Ensure the quality of the finished product throughout the production cycle.
• Adhere to the cleaning policy and keep the production area clean and organized.
• Monitor machine performance, maintain targets for output, quality, and waste while minimizing downtime.
• Train assistant operators and helpers.

• At least 3 years of experience in the blown film extrusion industry.
