Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated extra works supervisor to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all upgrades, installations and project work on a large commercial site.
Key Responsibilities
·Manage extra / additional jobs requested by the client
·Organise engineers and subcontractors
·Make sure work is done safely and on time
·Get quotes and control costs
·Check quality of the work
·Speak with the client and give updates
·Complete paperwork and reports
Requirements
•Experience supervising engineers or subcontractors
•Background in facilities management, construction, or building services
•Experience pricing or quoting small projects / extra works
